Michael Myers is the main antagonist of the Halloween film series. He first appears in John Carpenter’s Halloween as a young boy who murders his older sister, Judith Myers. Fifteen years later, he returns home to Haddonfield to kill again. He is also the main antagonist of the 2018 film Halloween.

Michael Myers in the original Halloween movie
Michael Myers is the primary antagonist in the Halloween series. He first appears in John Carpenter’s Halloween as a young boy who murders his older sister, Judith Myers. Fifteen years later, he returns home to Haddonfield to murder more teenagers. The character was created by Carpenter and Debra Hill, and has appeared in eleven films, as well as numerous novels, comics, and video games.
In the original Halloween, Michael Myers murders seven people. In subsequent films, he killed a total of twenty-three people.

The Halloween comic books are a series of comics published by Hal Lear Siegel and Don Glut in 1979, who also wrote and directed the first movie. The comics were intended as a tie-in to the film, and were based on John Carpenter’s original screenplay. The first issue was published in October 1979, and the final issue was published in February 1981.
The comic book series follows Michael Myers as he goes on a killing spree in Haddonfield, Illinois. In total, Michael Myers is responsible for the deaths of 139 people in the Halloween comics.

Michael Myers is a fictional character from the Halloween franchise. He first appears in John Carpenter’s Halloween (1978) as a young boy who murders his older sister, then fifteen years later returns home to Haddonfield to murder more teenagers. In the original film, he is portrayed by Nick Castle for most of the film. In the sequel, Halloween II (1981), he is revealed to be Laurie Strode’s (Jamie Lee Curtis) older brother, and is again portrayed by Castle. Michael Myers has appeared in nine films, as well as numerous comic books, novels, and video games.
The popularity of the character has led to several appearances in other media. In the 2003 miniseries Godzilla: Final Wars, Michael Myers appears as one of Godzilla’s foes. He also made a cameo appearance in an episode of The Simpsons titled “Dial ‘N’ for Nerder”. In addition, Michael Myers has been featured in various merchandise items and collectibles.
